Hey, Power Ranger fans! So, how is it going?

Did you watch the latest episode of Power Rangers TV show entitled ‘Ghosts’ aired on June 20, 2009? It was the fifteenth episode of the seventeenth season, named as Power Rangers: RPM.  Here we saw that Power Rangers made it to the Omega City. After reaching there, they came to know that it was a trap set by Venjix. When they got entrapped, gold and silver rangers appeared to help them escape. It was later revealed that both, the gold and the silver ranger, were the long lost friends of Dr. K. What’s next to it?

There is no information about the airing dates of the next episode. Well, fans are desperate to know and, if you have any information, kindly let me and the other fans of Power Rangers know about it.

While watching Power Rangers, it sometimes comes to mind that the show has such an extraordinary theme. Power Rangers- individuals who have the ability to morph from a person into a super hero- are the life of the show. We see the power rangers wearing a color coded battle suit made of spandex and some kind of skin-tight material along with an opaque visor. All the power rangers possess super strength, durability and great abilities to combat their enemies. In most of the seasons, rangers have been a team of five. The sixth ranger has also been introduced at times. In order to bring more variety to the show, all the seasons are named differently.

Throughout its seventeen season long run, series have been very popular among kids and teenagers. Power Rangers is one of the few TV shows, intended for kids only, which has no violence and vulgarity. Most of kids’ shows are filled up with brutality and crudity etc but Power Ranger is out of that list. It shows violence but only a little so is not hazardous to kids. This show is delivering its messages with right means and is also carrying out its mission successfully.

The name of Skylar Deleon is not new to the fans of Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers’ in which he enacted a small role as a child star. At that time, who would have thought that he can kill three people? And, as the news came out, it left people stunned. He has been found guilty of murdering three people brutally. Among them was a couple, Tom Hawks, 57, a retired probation officer, and his wife Jackie, 47. The couple was tied to an anchor and was thrown off their boat into the Pacific Ocean near Southern California. It was 2004 when Skylar committed the felony of the double murder as well as stealing the £292,000 ($500,000) boat and life savings of the Hawks. The dead bodies of the couple were never located.

For this atrocious crime, Skylar Deleon has been given the death sentence and the Orange County Superior Court Judge Frank F. Fasel handed down the verdict. It’d be worth mentioning that his first victim was Jon Jarvi, of Anaheim, whom he killed in 2003. He killed him by slitting his throat after receiving £29,000 ($50,000) from him.

The killing of the Hawks was a well devised plan. Jennifer Henderson, Skylar’s wife, made the couple believe that Skylar had intentions to purchase the yacht, and persuaded the couple to go on a test cruise. And, once in the open waters, the Hawks became the victims of cruel Skylar and his companions.  One of the accomplices, Jennifer Henderson, now his ex-wife, has already been sentenced to two terms of life in prison without parole.

Skylar Deleon has had an unstable and unhappy past. His father was a drug dealer and his mother abandoned him as a child. In the view of defense who pleaded with the jurors to spare Deleon’s life, a violent and abusive childhood had made him vicious.

I am a bit sad these days because of the numerous terrorist attacks occurring here and there. May God showers his blessings and gives us certain powers so that we can protect ourselves just like the “Rangers” in the ‘Power Rangers” tv show.

We now need this fiction to turn into reality and so that the common people are not only able to defend themselves but also and fight against the evil forces. In our present form we really are not capable enough to handle the situation and if we were to possess the mystic powers the Rangers have, we could be an equal match to the evil forces prevalent on this planet. If only there was someone to give us the clue of the odds that we would be facing in our life and tell us how to cope up with those odd situations, life would become much easier and smoother.

I am reminded of one of the episodes of the Power Rangers -Season 2 named ‘The Wanna- Be Ranger’ in which the evil  “Lord Zed” takes advantage of the temporary shutdown of “Zordon” and sends in the “Primator“, who attacks “Alfha 5” and “Dylan“. “Zordon” informs the “Rangers” about the predicament of “Alpha 5” and that they have a few minutes to save him

This reminds me of the way in which the terrorists and the criminal minded people always keep watch on the situation, so that they might take advantage of any weak point and cause irrecoverable loss to life and property. I wish that we had a “Zordon” in our real lives, who could guide us about the threats which are engulfing us on all sides these days. When the “Rangers” are out for an operation they are helped out by “Zordon” who gives them the clues which help them to outwit the followers of “Primator“.  Perhaps we also need a “Zordon” who can guide us in our war against the propagators of terrorism. The storyline of Power Rangers is quite interesting and is liked especially by the kids, but adults also like to watch the show along with them. I think the show really educates and entertains us!

Kids’ very favorite tv show ‘Power Rangers‘ would shut the things down very soon, a huge possibility is here. The current season, the seventeenth one, aired earlier this month, would most probably serve as the series finale. The things have been confirmed and its’ almost sure that Power Rangers would not fight to defeat the evils after the current season. Even though it’s definite but still I am using the words ‘almost sure’, ‘probably’ etc. because I’m really not ready to accept this harsh reality!

The news is undeniably very disquieting one for viewers and for star cast as well. The actor/actress’, portraying very important roles on Power Rangers for a long time, have told to a private magazine that they were never told that the project was under threat.

Well, its’ unbelievable for everyone ranging from the star cast to even kids also. Who had expected that such a long-running and very popular show would declare to wrap up the stuff so instantly? No news was making rounds and even no rumors were there! They dropped it like a bomb shell, not giving chances to anyone to even think about it.

Series has been doing well since a long time and is surely among the most liked kids’ dramas. Not following the animation genre, they shaped it like a drama series and the idea worked fabulously. Ranging from season 1 to season 16, Power Rangers has always been superb and the tremendous success it achieved is still a dream for several other TV dramas.

Prior to the current season was the sixteenth season of Power Rangers. It was named Power Rangers: Jungle Fury, following the trend to assign distinct names to all seasons. The as of now season is named Power Rangers: RPM. In the 16th season of series, we saw the Rangers combating an evil spirit named Dai Shi and his followers. And, the current season shows them tackling other evil doers.

Chances are that Power Rangers would go off air making it impossible for us to see more of the series. Anyways, here you can watch and download all seasons of Power Rangers, I’d return to take my words (might be, probably) out of this post when it’d be made more confirmed, however I know things are pretty sure.

Red, Yellow, Blue, White … these are the Power Rangers in the 16^th season named ‘Power rangers: Jungle Fury’ of the most popular teen series ‘Power Rangers’. It’s the only one show of its kind in which each season is assigned a new title and each title is very much exciting and stimulating like the above mentioned one. Another interesting fact of this season is that there are few primary rangers than other rangers in the team. And, the unique fact is that most of the episodes are written by non-union writers, working under anagrammatic pseudonyms, due to WGA strike.

The evil doer is named Dai Shi who has escaped from the prison. In order to protect the innocents from him, three new warriors have been selected by the Pai Zhua to destroy Dai Shi. It’s their (the 3 warriors) aim to go to Dai Shi’s ancient place and a land named Ocean Bluff. They work at a pizza parlor at the new place and follow the instructions of their boss and new Pai Zhua master, RJ. He’s the one who gives them the powers to morph themselves into Power Rangers.

Let’s have a look at the Power Rangers:

Red Ranger: He’s very brave and instinctively protective of others. Initially, he was reluctant to adopt the new responsibilities but he soon learned to harness his inner power. Later, he becomes a master and saves Jarrod from Dai Shi. Red Ranger controls the tiger spirit and the character is portrayed by Jason Smith.

Blue Ranger: He’s a sweet, smart and active guy, yeah of course, fearless and commanding as well. He has a twin brother named Luen. We see that he contends Master Swoop and becomes a Pai Zhua master.

Yellow Ranger: She’s the sweetest among the team and is a fun loving gal. When Master Mao gives her the new responsibility, she happily accepts it and becomes a Pai Zhua master after combating Master Phant. She holds the spirit of a cheetah and the character is portrayed by Anna Hutchison.

Other Power Rangers are- The Wolf Ranger and the Rhino Ranger. Latest episode of season 16 was entitled ‘Now the Final Fury’ and it was really very attention-grabbing. You can download it here.

It’s “Power Rangers“, where every week something shaky has to happen, and as a result I get my kung-fu dose. This is cool show which I dislike to miss. But this week, unfortunately, it happened. I missed the episode “Maryl and the Monkeys”. This week, Camille would have stolen the cloning formula, and there had been a monkey fight, as I have heard. But alas! I missed the adventure.

You must be wondering if I missed that episode then how I know this much about that. So the secret is, my friend gave me a brief description of this episode and that made me more curious to watch. Nonetheless, I have also read its previews on various sites.

My friend has watched it so I tell you the story as per his perception. In this episode, after stealing a cloning formula, Camille fabricates a plan against Di-Shi and Scorch and Snapper become a helping hand. Now the battle is up to Maryl, as Dominic seeks her help. She‘s the only one who knows the way to destroy monkeys. I am not going to tell you the whole story now, as it will kill yours’ as well as mine interest.
